Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tb baji online platform, accessible at tb-baji.com, and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer tables, promotional offers, account management, and payment processing. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and tb baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the tb baji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version governing all player relationships with tb baji. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which together form the complete regulatory framework governing your use of the tb baji platform. All three documents are available at all times on the tb baji website.

tb baji is operated as an online gaming platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games sourced from internationally certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Sports betting coverage includes cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports popular in Bangladesh. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with tb baji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as a professional gambler or syndicator in a manner prohibited by our fair play rules.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tb baji or had your account suspended for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of tb baji or any of its game providers.
• You are registering and playing of your own free will and are not being coerced or acting under duress.

tb baji reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable proof of age includes a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the required timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

Responsible Underage Gambling Prevention

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor has accessed the tb baji platform using your device or account, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension and refund of any deposits made by the minor. Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on tb baji — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and making withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and can be completed via the tb baji Login page on our website.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You must not use a false identity, adopt an alias, or impersonate another person during registration or at any subsequent point while using the platform.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on tb baji. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details, payment information, or other account data changes, you are responsible for updating it promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tb baji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC verification: tb baji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All accounts are subject to KYC review, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation as part of this process.

Account Credentials and Security

If you suspect that your tb baji account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. tb baji will take appropriate steps to secure your account pending investigation, which may include temporarily locking access.

tb baji will never contact you to request your password. Any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

tb baji processes all financial transactions — deposits and withdrawals — through certified payment gateways. The platform is specifically designed to support the payment methods most widely used by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank, as well as international card schemes Visa and Mastercard.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit on tb baji is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transaction limits imposed by your chosen payment provider (e.g., bKash daily limits) apply independently.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tb baji account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the originating bank.
• tb baji does not charge any fees on deposits. Any transaction charges imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Deposits made with funds obtained from criminal activity or money laundering are strictly prohibited. tb baji cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspicious financial activity.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud.
• All accounts must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Pending KYC submissions may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are prioritised and processed as quickly as operationally possible, typically within one to four business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time working hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two working days.
• tb baji reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that are flagged by our security systems as potentially suspicious.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money funds that have been fully wagered in accordance with bonus terms are eligible for withdrawal.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

tb baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are always stated clearly on the promotion page in English.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sports bets may be excluded entirely from certain casino bonus wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements expire within a specified number of days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus stacking: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria such as minimum deposit amounts, country of residence, game type restrictions, and VIP tier. tb baji reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Abuse: tb baji takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviour that suggests systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to abuse offers, or repeatedly opening and closing accounts to claim welcome bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

Welcome Bonus

New players at tb baji may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new players only, limited to one claim per player, per household, and per IP address. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with other first-deposit offers unless explicitly permitted.

VIP and Loyalty Rewards

Registered players automatically accumulate loyalty points with every real-money bet placed on tb baji. Points contribute to progression through the four-tier VIP program: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Each tier unlocks progressively enhanced rewards including cashback rates, reload bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, and access to a dedicated VIP account manager. Section 6

User Obligations

By using the tb baji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tb baji platform:

• Using any automated betting system, bot, script, macro, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing card information in live dealer games or coordinating wagers across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software used to deliver tb baji's games or services.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content through any communication feature on the platform.
• Impersonating any person, including tb baji staff, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation in any communication with our team.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions made on the platform through your payment provider without first raising the matter with tb baji's support team.

Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all betting decisions made on your account. tb baji does not provide any form of financial advice, investment recommendation, or guarantee of winnings. Past results from games or sports betting on the platform are not indicative of future outcomes.

You agree to use tb baji's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic. Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

tb baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including being under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of prohibited software or other technical means to manipulate platform outcomes.
• Chargeback or reversal of a legitimate deposit without prior engagement with tb baji's support team.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or lawful order from a competent authority.

Consequences of Account Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, tb baji reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated through prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits that are not associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable deductions.

Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your tb baji account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tb baji, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's own gambling decisions.
• Technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, game disconnections, network errors, or software bugs, provided that tb baji takes reasonable steps to restore service and honour bets in accordance with its fair play policy.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions).
• Inaccuracies in sports odds or betting markets caused by data feed errors, which tb baji will correct as quickly as possible upon discovery.

Platform Availability

tb baji makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond tb baji's control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events). tb baji will not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.

Governing Principles

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in a manner consistent with fairness to both the player and the platform. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through tb baji's standard support channels should be raised in writing to [email protected]. tb baji will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of tb baji to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.
